We had an outstanding experience with Broadway Heights Dental. Scheduling was quick and easy, the got us in next day. Loved our dental hygienist! She was incredibly thorough, professional, and took the time to explain every step of the process before and during our appointment. She made sure we knew exactly what to expect, which helped us feel comfortable and at ease. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her patients really stood out. It’s clear she is passionate about providing excellent care. I highly recommend Broadway Heights Dental to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, kind, and exceptional dental office.

A crown detached from one of my front teeth. Dr. Cotton took some X-rays and examined the crown that, thankfully, I fished out of my mouth and brought with me. Everything looked positive and the crown was affixed back in place. I was in and out quickly with a very reasonable bill. Great work on short notice on my part!

Love Dr. Cotton and his team! I have been a patient for years and also one who has dental anxiety. They always make me feel so welcomed and comfortable. In the last year I I experienced traumatic dental injury that has made me see them more on a regular basis. I would say, no matter how many times I have to see them, I always feel welcomed and not a burden. I love catching up with all of them and learning more about them all each time I visit. They know me as a human being and not just another patient coming through the door. This clinic is super fun, personable, professional, and one of the best dental teams I have ever experienced.

Always a great experience. I switched from Lakeside Dental to Broadway Dental after an accidental intravascular dose of anesthetic. It was such a terrible experience that I couldn't bring myself to go back to Lakeside. With Broadway Heights Dental, I feel comfortable and cared for. Great hygienists, great Drs. They watch potential problem spots instead of immediately saying I need a filling when I really don't. They go for the least invasive options, and my teeth feel amazing after each cleaning.

My first visit to Broadway Heights Dental! I was very impressed! Great convenient location. Nice clean, comfortable waiting room and office. Front staff were great and very welcoming. My hygienist, Ms. JoLee Bunch, was also very welcoming. I found out she was a recent graduate of EWU’s Dental Hygiene College. Her skill, ability and technique was first rate and was far superior to others I have experienced with many more years experience. JoLee communicated what she was going to be doing. She explained and educated me on dental hygiene that I could utilize between visits. Dr. Rich was great on his examination and made me feel comfortable and welcome. I highly recommend Broadway Heights Dental for those looking for a new “family feel” dental provider!
